Mahjongg Solitaire is a calm, slow paced puzzle game built around a simple idea. You look at a layout of tiles, find two that match, and remove them. Keep doing that until the board is empty.

That is the whole loop, and it works because each decision asks you to think a little before you click.

The rules are easy to pick up. Tiles are stacked and layered in different shapes, and only certain tiles can be selected at a time. A tile is free when nothing rests on top of it and at least one side is open.
